The Before
-
An event begins before the first attendee arrives. You want to be show ready for your clients, your boss, or even your team!
-
That’s why we prepare with you well ahead of the event. Prior to install, our team will ensure logistics are well thought through with a pre-event call to ensure we have all the logistics we need for our install team.
The Install
-
All items are stored and shipped from Burr Ridge.
-
Our trucks are prepared the day prior to your load-in date to ensure all furniture is cleaned and sparkling for a magnificent event.
-
On install day, we aim to arrive 30 minutes prior to when you’ve requested install to begin. We know that sometimes it’s hard to find the loading dock, make sure no one's hogging the bay, and we can use the elevators! That’s why we plan ahead and arrive early.
-
Our Install Supervisor is there every step of the way. We don’t just show up and drop the items, we make sure each item is exactly where you want it! The Install Supervisor will work with our delivery team throughout the entire installation until you’re 100% satisfied.
The Strike
-
You tell us! What date and time to show up. We’ll be there.
-
We understand that sometimes, just because a session ends at 3:00pm, doesn’t mean we can arrive to strike at 3:05pm. It’s your call. You have 5 days of rental, if it makes sense to strike the following day, we’ve got you covered.
-
Once again, our Strike Supervisor is there every step of the way. We’ll ensure all items are gathered at the time of pickup so your team has no surprises post-event. If any damage is noticed as we strike items, we’ll alert you to the problem immediately.
-
We’ll be out of your way in no time. Onto the next one!

It is the legal framework for presenting your obligations to your customers, but also to address different possible scenarios that may occur, and what happens in each and every case.
A Shipping Policy is a good practice and it helps both sides - you and your customers. Your customers may benefit from being informed about what they can expect from your service. You may benefit because people may be likely to shop with you if you have a clear Shipping Policy in place since there won't be any questions about your shipping timeframes or processes.
What to Include in the Shipping Policy
Generally speaking, a Shipping Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for processing orders; the shipping costs; different domestic and international shipping solutions; potential service interruptions; and much, much more.
